Can you hold a place before I apply?

We are not able to hold properties prior to someone applying.
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Approved tenants will pay a security deposit equal to the 1st month’s rent along with the first month's rent.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Anyone the age of 18 years have to apply.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, it is as long as no damage is found after vacating the property.
Who needs a cosigner?

If you do not have good credit, you may consider a cosigner. All applications are reviewed in their entirety.
Do I need Renters Insurance?

Some landlords require tenants to have renter’s insurance. Even if it’s not required, it’s often a good idea to protect your belongings and cover liability.
How do I pay rent?

All rental payments are made via ACH or Credit Card Transactions. Credit Card payments will have an additional fee associated.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?

Notify your assigned property manager of your request within the timeframe designated on your lease.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Both owner and tenants are responsible for repairs. Ensure you review your lease to understand the terms.
