Can you hold a place before I apply?
We are not able to hold properties prior to someone applying. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Approved tenants will pay a security deposit equal to the 1st month’s rent along with the first month's rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone the age of 18 years have to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, it is as long as no damage is found after vacating the property. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If you do not have good credit, you may consider a cosigner. All applications are reviewed in their entirety. -
Do I need Renters Insurance?
Some landlords require tenants to have renter’s insurance. Even if it’s not required, it’s often a good idea to protect your belongings and cover liability. -
How do I pay rent?
All rental payments are made via ACH or Credit Card Transactions. Credit Card payments will have an additional fee associated. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Notify your assigned property manager of your request within the timeframe designated on your lease. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Both owner and tenants are responsible for repairs. Ensure you review your lease to understand the terms.
