Shaleen recently retired from a distinguished career in the Armed Forces where she spent over 10+ years managing critical operations, including overseeing more than $8 million in lodging contracts for federal agencies. Her role involved negotiating compliance standards for government personnel, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulations within the lodging realm and human resource sector. Now as Operations Director at Oracle Property Solutions, she brings the same level of dedication, leadership, and attention to detail to managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence for both property owners and tenants.
